The Blue Buggy is located in Tooele, Utah, A town 28 miles southwest of Salt Lake City. You can contact us by email gbracken@live.com
My wife and myself sold our boat and bought a Rhino 450 in June of 2008 The boat had sat for 3 years and we had no plans of using it in the near future. The closest lake is 80 miles from home and with the cost of gas we just could not see us taking it out.
Let me say that we live in a semi desert area with lots of areas that allow off road vehicle riding. So Dah, why not a OHV. My wife was somewhat unsure if she would like trekking around the countryside in our Rhino. Well after the first trip out she will not get out of it.
Now we are exploring places to take out our Rhino. As we find places to ride we will post them on this blog so that other owners of side x sides can benefit from our findings.
We are finding that a lot of trails in our state are marked for ATV’s. Utah law says an ATV is a unit in which you straddle the motor. A side x side can not use these trails if the are marked No Side x Side. In my lifetime I have used a lot of trails either on a horse, off road motorcycle or hiking. I have to agree that a side x side is a little to wide for some of these trails and THE BLUE BUGGY fully supports the restrictions.
Our Motto: Respect The Trail We promote leaving the trail cleaner by packing out trash of others. A clean trail is a more enjoyable trail.
The Blue Buggy Supports Trail Patrol of Utah. These patrol members are ATVers, Jeepers, Motorcyclists, and Snowmobilers. They all desire to maintain a safe opportunity to ride for themselves, their friends, family and you.
